John-Michael is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce program at Ryerson University as well as a Computer Engineering graduate at Seneca College. Coupled with over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry, John-Michael has the passion and knowledge to provide technological and business expertise that will help your company to succeed.
Over his 25 years of experience, John-Michael has worked within the Manufacturing, Retail and Legal industries. He has been instrumental in supporting multi-site facilities as well as developing and implementing business processes and automation of workflow.
Throughout his career, John-Michael has worked with many different industry-specific applications as well as industry standards. Skilled in ERP, POS, and Inventory Management Systems, John-Michael has deployed various industry applications to multi-sites and multi-practice locations. John-Michael continues to stay relevant in many areas of Virtual Desktops, Servers, and Remote Site Deployments using best practices in stability and security allowing clients to rest easy.
Dean McCarthy
Dean McCarthy brings over 25 years of experience in Information Technology first as a technology resource as well as a manager of projects and people. Over Dean’s 25 years he has worked in many verticals including professional services; legal, accounting and engineering as well as medical and retail segments. The last ten years has seen Dean focus more on client, industry specific and legislative regulatory issues related to information security and governance.
An experienced Solutions Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Virtualization, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Remote Desktop, Professional Services, and Windows Server.
Dean continues to stay relevant in many areas of technology, including security, cloud, augmented or artificial intelligence and trends related to his clients verticals.
